A creamy muskmelon smoothie blended with soaked dry fruits and milk for a naturally sweet, filling drink. Ready in about 15 minutes with no cooking involved.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup muskmelon (cut into small pieces)
  • ½ cup mixed dry fruits
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions 

  • Peel the muskmelon and cut it into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, add your mix of nuts and dry fruits, then pour in the milk. Let it sit for 10 minutes until the dry fruits turn soft, then remove the seed if you're using dates.
  • Add the muskmelon, soaked dry fruits, milk, and sugar into a mixer jar. Blend for 30 to 40 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a serving glass. Garnish with a few muskmelon pieces or chopped dry fruits on top. And serve it chilled right away.

Notes

  • Don’t skip the 10 minute soak, it softens the dry fruits for a smooth blend.
  • Blend the full 30 to 40 seconds for a creamy texture.
  • Use chilled muskmelon for a colder smoothie without extra ice.
