This fried rice with mushroom is quick, flavorful, and perfect for busy days. Juicy mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and simple sauces come together for an easy, satisfying meal
- 1ΒΌ cup basmati rice
- 1 capsicum (sliced)
- 1 carrot (sliced)
- 8 ounce mushrooms (sliced)
- spring onion (finely chopped)
- cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 medium-sized onion (roughly chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- salt to taste
First, heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and green chili. Saute on high heat until aromatic.
Add the sliced mushrooms and saute until they are cooked and soft.
Add the sliced capsicum, carrot, spring onion, and roughly chopped onion. Saute until the vegetables become slightly soft.
Then add black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 2β3 minutes, mixing continuously.
After 2β3 minutes, add the chopped cilantro and mix well.
Serve the hot and delicious mushroom fried rice immediately.
