- ½ cup muskmelon pieces (about 75 to 80 g)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (12 to 15 g, or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 pinch salt (about 1/8 teaspoon, or to taste)
- ½ cup chilled water (120 ml)
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
Wash the muskmelon well, then remove the outer skin and seeds and cut it into medium-size pieces.
Add the muskmelon pieces, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and half a cup of chilled water into a grinding jar. Blend everything until it turns into a smooth muskmelon mixture.
Add a few ice cubes to a serving glass and pour the muskmelon mixture over them. Stir well so everything combines evenly.
If you like, garnish with muskmelon pieces and a lemon slice, then serve right away.
