This creamy cucumber salad is cool, crisp, and incredibly easy to make. Thin cucumbers and onions are tossed in a light, tangy yogurt and mayo dressing with fresh dill for the perfect refreshing side dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 baby cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 β…“ cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt (to taste)
  • 4 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • β…“ bunch fresh dill leaves (finely chopped)
  • ΒΌ tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the sliced cucumbers and onions, chopped dill, minced garlic, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Gently fold everything together with a spoon until the cucumbers are evenly coated in the creamy dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately, or chill for 15 to 20 minutes for a colder, more refreshing texture.
