First, heat a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Once the butter melts, add the chopped garlic and green chilies. Saute for about 2 minutes.
Add the sliced mushrooms and fry them for 3 minutes.
When the mushrooms are cooked, add the sliced capsicum, mild green pepper, onion, and chopped spring onion.
Mix all the vegetables well, then add black pepper, salt, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Cook while stirring for 2–3 minutes until the vegetables become slightly soft.
After 2–3 minutes, add the chopped cilantro and mix once. Turn off the flame.
Your hot and delicious mushroom stir fry is ready to serve.
